The IATF 2025 in Algiers (4-10 September 2025), organized by the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC) and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat, provides a unique platform to engage with the African continent, to meet and engage with the African business community, to feel the pulse on trade and investment in Africa, especially in the context of implementing the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA).
As one of the largest trade fairs on the African continent, the IATF 2025 will attract over 35,000 visitors, feature more than 75 country pavilions, and host over 1,600 exhibitors showcasing a wide range of products and services. This event provides a unique opportunity for Swiss economic stakeholders to engage with a broad spectrum of high-level economic and political stakeholders, as well as network with African peers and other business representatives.
Swiss Pavilion
Building on Switzerland’s successful participation at IATF 2023 in Cairo, IATF Algiers offers an opportunity to confirm Switzerland’s role as a trusted partner for African governments and businesses. Secretary of State Budliger Artieda will once again be taking part in IATF 2025, accompanied by a business delegation, which will boost Switzerland’s visibility and the impact of the Swiss Pavilion.
